What does it taste like?
Organic Turkey Tail Extract - Very slightly bitter, with a mild rich earthy goodness that doesn’t taste like mushrooms at all.
Organic Lion’s Mane Extract - Very smooth, with a rich earthy goodness like a chai or herbal tea. Some days we add it to coffee without the negative side effects of coffee, most days we have it pure with hot nut milk, and if we're feeling a bit naughty, a dash of honey to get the day started.
How do I use it?
Mix ½ tsp (2g) in warm water, tea, coffee, smoothies, or in cooking. Consume daily for maximum benefits, with or without food.
If you are sensitive to herbs, start with ¼ tsp. In time you can increase your intake according to your daily needs.
How often can I take it?
We treat it like coffee or tea, and might have it more than once a day.
How long does it take to start working?
